Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Love & Rose, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Window
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Returns shipped after this timeframe will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Store Credit Only
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
• Website purchases will receive a digital gift card via email.
• Mobile app purchases will receive store credit applied directly to the customer account.
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded to the original payment method, or transferred.

No Exchanges
Due to limited inventory and fast sell-through of styles, Love & Rose does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, you must place a new order using your issued store credit. We cannot guarantee item availability.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:
• An incorrect item was shipped
• The item arrived damaged
If a return is requested due to fit, sizing, preference, or change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return, items must meet ALL of the following requirements:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Original tags attached
• Free of makeup, deodorant, stains, or discoloration
• Free of pet hair
• Free of smoke or perfume odors
• Unaltered in any way
All returns are subject to inspection. If an item does not meet these standards, it will be returned to the customer and store credit will not be issued.

Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or store credit:
• Sale items
• Items purchased with a discount code exceeding 25%
• Jewelry
• Hats and headwear
• Beauty products
• Home décor
• Any item marked “Final Sale”
No exceptions will be made.

Packaging Requirements
Items must be returned in appropriate packaging such as a mailer or shipping box.
Do not attach shipping labels directly to shoe boxes or product packaging. Items returned damaged due to improper packaging may be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us at [your email address] within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be approved.
